We have previously purchased a vehcile to be used for our Cross Border business through Wesbank and are therefore well aware of the documentation required as well as your 3 day turn around time, however, even though we have supplied you with everything that you need, we are still getting these inept responses which clearly shows that whoever is on the other side is not reading all the attachments. we tried to phone the customer services department for assistance but they cant or wont help us and insist that we await a response from the cross border on email. Since we already have a vehcile financed with Wesbank and we know what we need and the documents that you need, it seems like a simple matter for you to supply the corss border letter, you are severly delaying our business and now we once again as we had this confusion with our first financed vehcile with Wesbank we now have to write these complaint reports in order to get some kind of response and service. Do you not have service failure records to stop this sort of nonsense. We await your response, but i suppose you need another 3 days
