DISSAPOINTED IN ALEXANDER FORBES INSURANCE!

Alexander Forbes gave me car hire, whilst one of their "trusted" panelbeaters was to fix my car. I now find out that my car hire is only for 30 days and cannot be extended. They failed to mention this to me. Secondly, I dont even know who my panlebeater is, and I dont know when they are going to fix my car. I am now going to be stuck with no transport. They dont even have the decency to call me and brief as to what is going on with my car and when the panelbeaters will be done. I actually thought they were different from the rest but I was wrong. THEY ARE JUST LIKE ALL THE REST! JUST ANOTHER BUNCH OF!!! It's not my fault the panelbeaters you choose are slow! They spent the first week twiddling their thumbs waiting for parts and only started working on my car on the 3rd week! I am FUUURIOUS RIGHT NOW! I need a car to do my job! What the hek am I supposed to do now???
