Debitted twice no1 willing to refund

This is the WORST bank ive ever dealt with in my entire life, and iv dealt with all the banks in SA but by far nedbank i hate them. ever since iv had the loan iv had nothing but problems, they deduct my acc whenever they feel like it, one time i had money 8 days before my debit date they took their instalment!!! beginning sept i told them to debit my acc 1st of this month, now this was suppose to be effective 1 oct, but they debitted me 23rd sept and later 4th october and they are REFUSING to refund me!!! i will change my banking details at work and i will rather pay them via eft as they are really giving me hassles, i mean how the am i suppose to survive with a double deduction this month, food school fees everything!! pls sort this out as ur call centre drops the phone on my ear everytime im so
