Nedbank Double deduction and no refund still!!!

I have a personal loan account with Nedbank which I pay R1577.52 every month without fail. On the 29th of December however they decided to deduct an additional R1577.03 wich is not even part of our contract. I called their call centre on the 3rd of Jan and was advised the money will be refunded by the 7th of Jan. They also didn't know why I was debited twice. Today its the 9th Jan and Still no refund has been made. What the heck is going on with this bank? They call to prospect for me to open accounts with them yet they can't sort out this issues. So annoyed now my life policy debit orders have bounced due to this.
