The service received from dial direct is appalling. Last week Monday I put through a claim and to date I have only been called back ONCE with a response saying that the claim was under investigation due to the amount of the damages incurred. I understand there are processes to follow, but the lack of feedback is ridiculous. I would also like to reiterate that on your website it states "By having comprehensive cover on your motor vehicle you ensure that should anything happen to it, you are covered, no matter who is at fault."

Once again I am doing all the calling to get some sort of answer. Yes we were both at fault, it was just my luck that my Kia Rio experienced the impact of a huge Ford ranger. The idea of having insurance cover is just for this... COVER! I am currently using the courtesy car, which I pay for additionally each month, but what happens when my 30 days is up? I need a car to get to work and back.

I fear that my next step is rather to become more vocal about the issue or make a personalised trip to head office myself. Over the phone conversations don't seem to to be getting me anywhere. I'm disappointed and growing highly frustrated with the lack of service!!!
