NO FEEDBACK IGNORING EMAILS AGAIN!

I have been emailing Nicolene for the past week now, no reply. We recently after searching far and wide and after countless struggles managed to nominate a good GP, now we recently visited the GP actually a month ago for the 1st time he is an excellent doctor, now according to Nicolene full payment was made on the 20th September, now the doctors offices have been following up with me from last week asking for some sort of remittance or proof of payment as they cannot pick up the payment, Nicolene does not get back to me, on Friday I called and spoke to the Claims Supervisor whom sent her a message an urgent message to call me back or atleast send me the remittance according to the claims supervisor Nicolene is the only one that can send this, to date no one has gotten back to me, the doctor's office is beginning to get impatient and this is turn makes us look bad, what really worries me is that IF they continue to have these payment issues with essential med they will opt not to be on the network, now I went to such extents to find a doctor and should this happen then I will hold Essential med responsible. I have stated these concerns to Nicolene!
