I requested a smart phone via FNB Internet service in December. I was called by a representative named Mali in January who supposedly asked all the relevant questions. To date i have called FNB over & over again with no luck only been advised that my order had been approved on the 10th January 2013. Still no smart phone. They to my dismay i spoke to a supervisor this morning & after a 22 minute conversation was told that i do not qualify for the account i have because i don't earn 5500 or more. Having never been advised that i need to earn 5500 & after confirming with Mbali that i need 5000 going into my account when she initially called & again this morning, i asked them to pull the recordings & gave them till 1pm today to provide me with feedback & clearly they did not take me seriously because i still haven't been contacted. So hopefully this will get the attention of FNB management.
