I received my bank statement last month and noticed that it said earn N so I called ebucks and asked them if I qualify to earn. The consultant checked and advised me everything was in order. This was at 11:47 on 21 July 2013. Yesterday I checked and noticed that I only earned 4 ebucks in July which is impossible. When I called the call centre today they advised that my marketing consent was NO and changed it. My question is:
Why did the consultant on 21 July not check this instead of advising me that everything is in order? I called again this week and the consultant did not advise me of this either.
What happened to the ebucks I should have earned if the consultant did his job properly in the first place when I called on 21 July?
