UTTERLY DISGUSTED

FAIS OMBUD follows a pattern of always siding with the company that has a complaint against them and not with any individual and this unacceptable... first of all they take about 5/6 months just to sort your case out and yet they dismiss your case after wasting your time because they are of no use and you also have to tolerate the rude and inefficient employees of FIAS OMBUD, they do not contact you and take there own time with your case, they state that they are there to help but they do not help at all, I have been going through so many complaints about them and this pattern they follow with always siding with the companies and there explanations for dismissing your complaint don't even make sense. I am definitely going to take this further.
