THE WORST BANK TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH (RIPP OFF

I have submitted numerous complaints about the interest charged
i paid off the balance in full however i was not satisfied and happy with what i was expected to pay
my query was escalated to numerous people and i have been neglected no one has contacted me to give me an update, i informed them that the charges represent a fine for being overdrawn rather than the actual cost that should be charged. i asked to be forwarded a detailed letter of all charges as well as the current interest rate billed on my account i am aware that rates are variable based on the current market and under the NCA terms
they still cannot provide me with the information i asked for, clearly their not qualified enough to draft such a document it is within my rights to view what exactly was billed on the settlement figure, it has been 2 weeks till this day no one has made an effort to contact me and provide what i asked for
i will alert people of the way this organization conducts its business and treats their customers
this is truly disappointing, i will start taking steps as i stated in my letter dated 20/09/2013
