I have a revolving loan account at the bank and on friday 4th October 2013 I went to the brach to have my account re-adjusted the monthly instalment. I was told to bring payslip and I.D copy which i didnt understand because it was an existing account.
So i left and returned today with the required documents and waiting for receptionist to write my name on the waiting list. She asked what I came for and I explain my reason and asked if i have documents which i did, then the reception went to service consultalt to ask if she can help but without even looking into my application she declined my request while i was still at reception. The lady just said once the repayment is worked out they cannot re-adjust it. So i asked her what i must do since i cannot afford the instalment and she didnt respond. I have very disappointed with the branch after wasting so much time and being more than 15 years that i banked with them. I find myself helpless with no assistance from the bank
