did believe when agent advised me that if not happy with service as customer must leave as he would do the same and after advising him never to say to customer as the business will lose customers says that was never trained to retain customers when agent says that to its big issue i wont explain my problem everything will get from that call and please assist by down grading my account to saving account from gold cheque account this call will be forwarded to everyone i know and radio station after your response on how you will solve my problem
