Good day,

My card was declined on Sunday, despite having funds available, at three different merchants and after phoning the customer care number and holding the line for 20 minutes, I discovered that they are closed on Sundays. I have logged an e-mail complaint yesterday about my card being declined at various merchants and after phoning discovery this morning your call centre agent Jabulani, who assisted me and who did not even listen to the problem properly informed me that I must phone discovery from the merchant AFTER my card has been declined or have a new card sent to me (he mentioned that there is no guarantee that the new card will solve the problem).
Apart from causing an embarrassment, Jabulani should not be a call centre agent! If a customer phone with such a complaint, a call centre agent should LISTEN to the problem, not reply to what he THINK the problem is.
I have not been able to transact since Sunday and are losing points due to Discovery's inability to provide a service.

I also attached two copies of declined transactions.
Can I please get feedback on this issue.
