I have opened the account with FNB for my Business early September, until now we only received 1 card instead of 2, their delivery company always sending smses saying they are delivering cards, but they never deliver, Ive been calling them everyday but without success, That CCD, always telling me about accidents in the road and car broke down, as like I care anyway. Kayleigh promised to resolve and no one did, I called FNB 6 times today and I 1st spoke to Raquel, who transferred me to Zakiya, Zakiya promised to help, but she did nothing, after tried several time to speak to Team leader, The So-called Team leader by the name of Angelique, was not willing to help, after 43 minutes on a call with her, I requested to speak to her manager and I was told that the manager is busy with some important meeting and she hang up a phone, as like I am not important. I want my card to be delivered today or tomorrow or else I will cancel all my accounts with them. I don't want anything to do with them anymore.
