As with all Insurance claims, the process is somewhat lengthy and you end up explaining and talking to more people than expected. Hope is lost at some point. I'm extending gratitude to Sboniso Dlamini for going the extra mile despite numerous attempts buy his colleagues to assist. He managed to eventually finalize my claim speedily and the payment was made and cleared the same day the insured items were Salvaged

Great work Ethic and not Forgetting Heinrich his manager for the additional advise offered and authorizing the payment whilst i was there.
