Good Day,

I really want to show my gratitude to Westgate Mall Capitec Bank Manager JOHAN who helped me to get my cheque cleared and taking his time and going extra mile. I have been in contact with Standard bank and Capitec, as the cheque was standardbank guaranteed. I took two days dealing with Capitec complaints who could not assist me even though i was explaining my situation but they failed me. Johan made few calls and got the matter sorted in 1hr max.

He really saved Capitec Bank a client and showed that he deserves the higher position in this institution. I wish you all the best and keep up the great work. YOU ARE THE BEST.
