Policy agreement without my consent

I received a call from outsurance consultants looking to see if I would be interested in their car insurance. all I wanted was a quote on the insurance and the next thing money is being deducted from my bank account without me having accepted the insurance. All I wanted was a quote, I did not accept any insurance. I do not even have a car.
