Outsurance
Only wanted a quote!!!

I phoned insurance companies to get quotes on a car i wanted to buy, the guy that helped me on the phone did not speak english very well. I repeatedly said that this is just a quote and that i dont want any deductions on my bank account!!! Well on the second of Jan 2014 they deducted R from by bank account and iv been strugling to get my money back since.

I must have phoned in a dozen times and sent lots of emails with bank statements. I NEVER TOOK DELIVERY OF THE CAR AND INSURANCE STILL WENT OFF!!!

Its almost been 2 weeks now and nobody got back to me to fix the problem!!!

So here is some advice STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE!!!
