Not Sure whats happening with this account

Hi

I have been an Ametlife customer for years now, i dont have any way of contacting them as one cannot find any info for them on the internet, i have no idea how my account is looking and i need to get a copy of the policy. I'm frustrated and scared, what if i've lost all this money, furthermore, what if something happens to me tomorrow, how will my family contact these people???
