Incorrect balance

Every time i make a transaction they deduct some unknown fees according to the incontact sms, i checked my statement online but it wouldn't show the amount deducted and the reason yet the balance shows that a certain portion of my money missing. I tried calling their call centre twice but my call was cut before it could reach a consultant! I tried subtracting the transactions made including the charged fees from the deposited amount but it was not possible as transactions do not appear in orde
