Debit order never collected, I called WESBANK 0861288272 and my call was received by Davids Leo. explained that i was the daughter of accountholder whom is a pensioner and that i have the authority to sign in her bank account. Explained that she made me in charge of all queries in regards to making payments and that i needed to know why the debit order never collected, wanted the banking details to make a payment if necessary but the consultant refused to assist me. I requested to speak to his supervisor of which the supervisor Zandile Tshabalala refused to come to the phone and said i could call with my mother around. How do i get to make a pensioner speak on the phone when i know that she will not be able to give the information over the phone. Whatever i tried explaining, Davids would not even understand that all i wanted was the banking details and reason why debit order never went through as we had requested. THE SERVICE REALLY especially when one wants to make a payment.
