Were is my benificiary papers???

Dear sir/mam i aplied for an status uittree-anuuiteit. Untill now i have just recieved an email with my benaficiary on it. That waas the 31 of July 2013. I have requested it to be sent to my posbox as well because i like all my stuff on paper as well. The call centre lady promised me that she would send it via post and untill now i have recieved nothing why??? Seriously does it take more than 2 months to post it from bellville to gansbaai in the western cape??? Pleaase sort this out immediaatly, and dont care if you sent it via post or courier it to me, but i want that beneficiary papers as soon as possible. Thank you
