FNB needs Help!!!

I changed my debit order instruction with the bank- note that I went to my branch to do this!!! FNB for some reason cannot accept this (Where is Steve when you need him?) and they keep on debiting my OLD account. So I went online to log a complaint. The response one gets (from Shakier Sallie) is that I must phone the bond department that will then verify my Identity before they can change my debit order...

Now get this FNB:
1) I did go into a bank to change the instruction.
2) I complained on your website because you cannot get it right
3) now you send me back to the department that got it wrong in the 1st instance!
what is wrong with you? do you not get the point? Or perhaps you did not read my complaint?
