Alexander Forbes Insurance
Still waiting for contract

We took out a hospital plan about 2 years ago from Alexander Forbes and after numerous calls am still waiting for our contract. Everytime we phone they promise to post the contract but we never receive anything. So we are paying every month but are not sure what we are covered for.
