TAKES MONEY FROM LOYAL CLIENTS!!!

FNB homeloans processed incorrect debit order amount, which will result in me paying a homeloan which has a remaining term of 84 months in 8 months.
I have been sent from pillar to post to obtain a refund of incorrectly deducted amount & nobody wants to accept responsibility.
I see this as a serious breach of contract, as I have always paid my homeloan on time. To suddenly reduce a repayment term to 8 months is ridiculous!!
Their complaints department stated that they would get back to me within 24 hours. 24 hours later they stated it will take 48 hours. Now it is 48 hours later and I have still not been contacted by anyone.
The call centre supervisor promised me a letter confirming refund & correct payment amount yesterday by noon. Still not received! Instead I got a call from him where he told me that hopefully I will get something by Friday!
My experience with FNB homeloans over the past 2 months has been a nightmare!
I want MY MONEY back & I want a letter stating what my real repayment amount is!!!
This seems to be too much to ask for!!
