I recently lodged a complaint about the misrepresentation of Nedbank to be for business. In response they put me in contact with Jacque Anthony. Let me say it was pleasing to work with her. She is dedicated and follows up despite the fact that there is no feedback coming from the back office. Her service is excellent - the back office still has much to do to catch up. If I had dealt with the likes of her all along I would never have complained in the first place. Well done Jacque! Despite the fact that you are still waiting I have some hope that Nedbank may still be worthwhile as a financial partner. Let's see if the rest of Nedbank can do what you do.
