I logged a call on my maturing policy on 9/9/2013 requesting total contributions, total costs and total growth to make a decision to renew the policy. Spoke to Darren and surprised that your company does not issue reference numbers. On 10/9/2013, received the most atrocious and badly prepared documents. Phoned him again at 12h30. To date no response. I find this totally unacceptable.
