I went to the midrand branch for the second time in 2 days to get my card replacement after mine was stollen. Ispoke to a conusltant (Malehaye) who took my proof of address again and my pasport and told me she couldn't help me I must come back in 2 days, I told her this is what I was told in springs already she said there is nothing she can do I must come back in 2 days
I called the call centre again who told me my card can be issued and I must go back to the branch
I went back and I spoke to a lady (supervisor ithink) who told malehaye to help me and she just screamed " I told her to come back tomorrow and let me sit in the store for a good 20 minutes ignoring me. i went to another branch on the same day and i was given a new card with no hassels and no drama. i dont see why clients shoulld be treated so bad by consultants who peomised to go the extra mile and provide service when they were hired. its their job to provide service but it seems it too dificult for them to do. They make you feel like you are bothering them when I took off my work to go there.
