Overcharged on debit orders. Information not updated as requested... Nobody responds..the call centre pronises that all will be sorted out or that a manager will contact you, but it never happens! The DQ track hasnt been working for the past two months, again no one can explain why! I have made 8 calls to them since July 30th, still awaiting satisfactory answers to my queries.
