Insuring a ghost

Please advise how it is possible to be billed for insurance on something that has not been mine to pay for?
I recieved a POlicy Schedule for a property in Saulsville, when in fact I'm supposed to be getting money paid back to me, since that property was SOLD OFF AND SETTLED IN FULL EARLY THIS YEAR!!
You guys just keep looking for where else you can steel money from don't you? I am yet to see a refund for my previous compliant.. Or should I take all my money to where its actually appreciated rather than exploited?
