Automated calls to cell phone

I have over the last 3 months been receiving automated messages/spam from them re the settling of an account. Not having any business with them, I have phoned them, mailed them to have my number removed from their system - yet nothing has happened.
I am now and have hence reported it here.
I don't however expect a reply, as this would appear to be the way that they work.
