Credit Matters
Statement and Closed Accounts

I have been paying my nine accounts through Credit Matters and right now I am. You request for a statement and it takes for ever to get it or you won't get is at all. You tell them that the account is fully paid and they keep on paying for a closed account. What do you take me for? Money does'nt grow on trees. I want to finish paying my accounts and they are fooling around. Someone better get back to me cause I am running out of patience. If not I am gonna take further steps. Why should someone report you guys to get your attention and while you know that we pay you for the services?
