Credit matters - really we do not matter

I have now been fighting with them to sort my accounts out since July, I am beyond off with them, they do not care about they ignore every single email and call I have paid, my first instalment is missing I have been paying for over 5 years now, and yet they only now bother to calculate my debts to discover I have overpaid my accounts and some now why was the calculations not ever done properly. they do not reply to anything I am beyond off. Is it worthwhile even putting a complaint here as they do not seem to even bother responding.
