I applied for a loan by izwe on the 23 september 2013, i was approve for R2500 on the 1 octorber and documents was signed and sent, while waiting for the money to be prosses into my acc, i received a call from lee saying that my loan was declined based on a loan from fnb that was not paid, Our company have a agreement with fnb for my loan to be paid via payroll so as long as i work for my company there is no way that i can not pay, what happened was i went on maternity leave and our company do not pay maternity benefits, hence they made a arrange for my acc to be freez for that period me being at home how can this be my fault? my instalment was R1000 amonth and because of me being on maternity leave i now pay a fee of R1500 to be up todate with the payments any queries regarding this izwe need to speak to tsepo on 0732771752 to confirm this, i however promise my child that i will have her school fees up to date by friday, what should i tell her now? i was not aware that you get approve and signed for a loan and afterwards get decline, izwe had 5 working days to have pick up this but instead approved how is this possible could i please have feedback on this by today if possible.
