Payout of loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please can someone senior assist with the speedily payout of my loan today.

I have sent all the final signed documents/contract and receipt thereof has been confirmed. The loan has been approved.

I queried with the supervisor when my loan will be paid out and she told me that it is still with pre-approval but I think she might be confused as on the final documents/contract signed it says the loan has been approved (in writing) for R12000 and I received and sent back the fully completed contract and all other documents.

All I am humbly requesting as your client is for my loan to be paid out today as soon as possible.

It will be very very much appreciated as I'd really like to start with my housing renovations.

Phelisa is not available and she seemed like the only one determined to get me sorted.

PLEASE can someone senior assist with the speedily payout of my loan today.
