Loan Approved - 7 days later no money in my acc.?

I completed a loan app with Phillip Beukes in Evander, Working for Izwe Loans. 3 August 2013. I got telephonic confirmation and personal by Phillip Beukes that my loan been approved and will be in my account within 24 hours. I've been calling, sms and even going to his premises the past 7 day and being given the run around every day with different excuses why the funds that I've been approved for is not yet in my bank account as promised. I need urgently, senior person in charge to call me and explain why this is happening. Thank you Wesley Du Plessis
