The service is so poor its Ludicrous

My vehicle was hijacked on the 8th of May after numerous phone calls made to King Price thousands of new lame excuses for the delays I'm still waiting for feedback from them. King price agreed to settle the claim then my vehicle was recovered and the trouble started... I had a rental vehicle for 30 days of which they refuse to extend the rental policy resulting in more expenses for my account. The vehicle was recovered on the 4th of June with a promise of feedback withing 4 days the latest excuse is just a repeat of the excuses made a week ago. "Super cheap insurance" now has a new meaning to cheap more than a rip off than any thing else.
