Good Day,

I had contacted FNB OVER A WEEK AGO with regards to a query I had with my online banking. I was being charged an amount thrice by them with a DESCRIPTION: ONLINE PAYMENT HISTORY. How can I be billed for making a payment like I have done once before. Unknowingly what this charge was for and having it done 3 times in one month I queried it. I was given a ref no and I was told that some1 would call me within 24-48hours to explain or clarify after being investigated. From then until now I have made 2 phone calls, telling me it's STILL under investigation, which is absolutely ridiculous! Again now for the new month I have been billed with the same amount. If it had been sorted out like promised initially maybe it could have been avoided this month. ALSO I have to pay for those phone calls made to them and yet still no response or feed back!

Now apparently the investigation and a query of the query will be escalated. Really Pathetic service! If i wanted to that kind of BAD service I would of stuck wit my previous Bank. This is really so disappointing. It is my money yet I'm given the run around about what is going on. I'm really very dissatisfied with the service. :(
