FNB do not honour stop debit order instructions

I have an unsatisfactory contract/billing issue with Vodacom which I am currently struggling to resolve. They are overcharging my account. I am a platinum FNB account holder of over 10 years. I paid for a stop debit order instruction to limit Vodacom's debit order to a specific amount which I calculated as correct according to my contract which Vocacom. They are in breach of contract and unwilling to correct their misconduct.

Instead of protecting their clients. FNB chose however to dishonour my instruction and favour Vodacom by allowing a debit order in excess of amount I stipulated. This is distasteful and unscrupulous, especially since FNB even charged me for the service. What game are you playing at FNB? Who do you really favour, your clients or your big corporate pals?
