Integrisure seems unwilling to help

Early the morning of 21/07/2013 a car drove into my parked car and scratched the door, bumper and fender. The driver was kind enough to leave a note and I followed up with his parents who lodged a claim at IntegriSure within the next 7 days. After a week I followed up with IntegriSure and they send me the list of needed document (which included a police report that I had to pick up myself). By the first week of August all the documents was lodged. I followed up a week later and it took me some time to explain that I already emailed all the document and after the lady checked the system she saw everything was okay. The assessor came out on 04/09/2013 and ensured me that the report was send in by 06/09/2013. I followed up with IntegriSure on 09/09/2013 and finally got through after being put on hold for almost an hour, being wrongly put through to 4 different departments and being cut-off twice. He ensured me the claim would be settled by end of week. I followed up the next week and they said it would be done by 25/09/2013. During this past week I have tried phoning them numerous times and I either get put on hold without help or the phone just keeps on ringing.
