Virgin Insurance
Poor handling of CLAIM

I will never ever deal with Virgin Insurance again, I should of taken the home insurance with Momentum as many people told me to have done so but I listened to the consultant and took the policy, now I'm at a loss and they wont assist in my claim. When taking a policy they will tell you everything under the sun for you to accept it but when you have a problem then they cant assist you because of terms and conditions.
