SCAMING AND MONEY FOR NO SERVICE

Loan Finder SA took R350 off my account during the weekend for a service I did not use. This is day light and an institution like this should be shut down as they are from people when in desperate situations. Why must one pay for no service they receive and pay to apply for loans? That is really absurd. When querying this with them, I got an utterly rude response from the tele-agent, saying that they comply with the consumer act.

This is a highly unethical business practice and "even if you so called comply with the consumer act" it is immoral of what this company is doing to people who are seeking for financial help.

I will be taking this further to the Media, starting on Consumer Watch ECR and getting other victims to write in to Carte Blanche, as they will have a field trip on your practice and other practices out their like yours.

I want you to return my money by the end of today, if not I will go the bank and reverse the R350 myself.

Further more I will report this to the National Credit Regulator.
