Insurance the worst!!

Reported a claim of bakkie windscreen damaged as well as laptop from bakkie. Fine very fine as you can take bakkie to PG Glass to refit windscreen, but sorry no laptop? I am fully pied off due to the fact that I have over-insured myself for the past 12years and suddenly you hear funny terms about all risk as well as the fact if the device is not listed seperately than sorry?? DO I need to list all of my furniture as well, do I need to list my underpants seperately so that you know which one I will be wearing tomorrow? What is so strange that these insurance language only is needed/or being informed about when you claim! As long as they can start a policy with your signature on it, nothing else count!! I'm de hel in with these people trying to be funny with when you need to claim.
