Cannot insure bakkie

I tried to add third party insurance for my 1984 Ford Cortina 3l V6 petrol bakkie to my existing policy, this is a second attempt and failed. According to your helpdesk the bakkie is not listed so insurance is not possible. In the mean time on Friday 26 April I smashed another car, and now have to pay for their damages.
