I have enquiring with your institute how much interest am I actually paying on my account I took with you through Furnisher City?
No one can answer me as I keep being told that they cannot see it. I am also being send SMSs reminding me about monthly payments yet I am debited without a problem, so what is that?
My monthly payments are R 2 482.57 and my credit was R 48 000, yet after being debited R 12 412.85 thus far... I still owe R 46 174.06? How is that possible? SO AGAIN I ASK, "WHAT INTEREST IS CALCULATED HERE? "

I also requested that I do not want insurance and will take the risk of the furniture I bought on myself yet I am still debited between R 470 - R 490, its not even consistent amounts... what the is this?

I am unhappy as a first time customer of this bank and I want answers TODAY!
Else I am taking this further. I should have been told from the initial stage that I will paying my whole life to you.

Your institute doesn't even send monthly statement as you say to new clients, only once in every few months -> SIES to you service and your call center that puts me to extensions that keep cutting me off, SIES!
