I applied for a home loan which was approved and the property assessment was done via desktop exercise, further more i applied for an amendment with to renovate and improve with supporting documents, the assessors assessed the property and found that the property is well worth the full amount, however everyday they extend the turnaround time because the assessment has not been received, after the constancia kloof confirmed that the property was assessed and the document were received from the assessor. no feedback and this has been going of for a month now.
