I applied for the above last week 31/07/13. I called this morning after getting NO response to be told it's been declined. According to the consultant the value of the property has been assessed and it's been valued at the Same amount I bought it for almost 3 Years ago. I was then told if I want to dispute it I need to get 3 Additional Evaluators out at my OWN cost to come and value my property. How is it that my propertys value is the same when I am surrounded by Houses and Complexes where the value of those properties are well above R650 000 plus including Units within my Complex.

I have applied for R130 000.00 and would like someone senior to please contac me with regards to this matter as I am not happy with this outcome or response I received from your Call Centre.
