DO'S that are being debited from my account

LEVEL LIFECHL is my reference as a DO is coming off my account for R28.50 all since i settled my Accessloan account! yet standard bank cannot reverse this amount NOR stop it as i need to pay R40 to have it stopped every 6 months also a further R20 to get the contact details of this company "LEVEL LIFECHL" to sort it out myself. are you MY bank or useless??? seriously the only option here is to change my bank as CLEARLY this is a money making! i dont have any insurance etc with a LEVEL LIFE and i certainly wouldnt trust a LIFE insurance for just R28.50 a month! Can you NOT see something isnt right here!!!

YES i was at the bank and YES it was a Pointless Visit and this issue is NO where near resolved! i need solution not more issues. Else i'll just Leave to another Bank, im sick of this
