Very angry about service

I took took a loan of R5000 and a credit card of R3000 in 2004 and i have been paying but the amount doesnt decrease, erytime i go to african bank to enquire how far is my loan repayment im told that is R10000 but i have been paying and the amount doesnt reduce, its always the same, when i request a breakdown statement of how they came about to the amount no one wants to assist me, i was just ignored at the bushbuckridge bank, i am not satisfied by the service i am getting from african bank, please respond to my complain and provide me with the breakdown statements to [Email Removed]
