I have sold my vehicle and contacted toyota financial to stop the manual debit order of 1939.65 not once but 3-4 times and each time they confirmed that the debit order would not go out and to my surprise this morning the monies left my account. I do not understand how this has happened after several consultants assured me that it will not go off and that my account is in the process of closing and that in a few days I can request a paid up letter.

This is rather upsetting and I need resolved with urgency.
